EuroChanceLottery is a 'Lottery Syndicate Organiser' as described in the UK Gambling Commission Website, Lottery Sector, Lottery Syndicate, Example 1 – Syndicate Organiser. 2. How to Join EuroChanceLottery
To enter a Lottery Syndicate (as described in clause 3 below), be informed of jackpots with our jackpot alert communications, or play any of the other games on our Website (the "Games"), you are required to have a Member account on the Website ("Account").
To apply for an Account, you must complete the registration process.
Prospective Members may need to supply the following information as part of the registration process:

- Email address
- Date of birth
- Address details

On approval of your application to become a Member, you may be sent a communication in the form of an SMS message or an email confirming your application's acceptance. As a Member, you agree to receive communications from time to time, in the form of emails or text messages inviting you to join available Syndicates and other Member-related services.
As a Member, you can change your preferences and unsubscribe from communication messages at any time using 'communications control' in the "Account" section under the subheading "Preferences."
The Member's selected password must be confidential and not shared with anybody. Members must keep passwords and any claim references (relating to the Syndicate) secure at all times to prevent unauthorised access. In the event that a Member has forgotten their password, the Member can click the forgotten password link, and a code will be sent to the Member's registered mobile number.
Accounts are non-transferable. The Account may only be used by the individual who created it and not by anyone else. We reserve the right to close your Account if we have reason to believe that your Account details are being used by anyone other than the registered Member and you have not kept your password confidential.
You shall be liable for all activities undertaken using your Account and the associated password, and you shall compensate us for all and any losses, damages, costs, and expenses we may suffer as a result of your failure to keep your login details strictly confidential.

3. Lottery Syndicate
The Lottery Syndicates available on the Website (the "Syndicate") allow players to participate in lotteries as part of a Syndicate with other Members. The Syndicate Managers operate the Syndicate. The role of a Syndicate Manager is to appoint Syndicate Ticket Agents who are the buyers and sole owners of all lottery tickets. They place their tickets in a syndicate agreement with members. The Syndicate Manager's role is to ensure that its approved Syndicate Ticket Agents correctly assign tickets to Members and honour all aspects of the Syndicate agreement.
EuroChanceLottery is the Lottery Syndicate Organiser and charges a Membership Service Fee for managing the Syndicate and related services.
By entering the Syndicate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Details of entry times for each Lottery draw ("Agreed Lottery") are set out on the Website. You cannot enter any Agreed Lottery outside of these times. EuroChanceLottery will use its best endeavours to match you to available Syndicates for a specified Agreed Lottery. However, if this is unavailable, EuroChanceLottery will use its best endeavours to enter you into the next available draw.
All Syndicate Winnings are expressed in terms of Bonus Credit. A Member's share is divided in accordance with the portion stated by the Syndicate Share. The Syndicate Share information is clearly shown on the Syndicate ticket before the draw.
The winning numbers for each Lottery Draw will be displayed on the Website shortly after the completion of the Lottery Draw. Details of how to claim any Winnings are set out in clause 7.
4. Free Lottery Syndicate Entry
By joining the Free Lottery Syndicate entry, each Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, the free lottery Syndicate entry is available on the Website ("Free Lottery Entry") and is open to all Members of the Website except employees or any of their families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the offer.
Entry into the Free Lottery Syndicate Entry requires no payment but acceptance of the Terms of each Agreed Lottery draw.
If you have not been joined into a Free Lottery Syndicate prior to the closing date for that Agreed Lottery (the details of which are set out on the Website), you will not participate in the Agreed Lottery.
5. Games
Details of all "Games" are included on the Website. All Members can play Games free of charge.
No cash payment is required or is accepted to play any of the Games on the Website.
To play any of the Games, a Member must be directly given the right to play or have the requisite number of Reward Points. A Member can find out how many Reward Points they have at any time by reviewing their Account on the site.
Entry into a Game will result in a deduction of Reward Points from your Account.
Instructions on how to play each game will be provided on the website.
Winners of Games can earn Reward Points, free play of subsequent games, or win a cash prize if they successfully complete the skill game. All games with a prize as a possible outcome on the Website are skill-based.
Each game has an expiry date, which is set at sixty (60) days from when the game(s) was first issued to you.
We reserve the right to amend or modify our Terms at any time and will attempt to notify you of any changes.
6. Payments
EuroChanceLottery or its agent will take payment using the chosen method. Where payment is made using Bonus Credit, the number of Bonus Credits will be deducted from the Member's Account.
The Member shall immediately inform EuroChanceLottery if their Bank Card or a comparable payment method, which they have specified on the Website, becomes lost, suspended, or stolen.
With a Direct Debit order and authorisation, respectively, the Member entitles EuroChanceLottery or its appointees the authorisation to debit the appropriate amount from the bank account provided by the Member.
Any third-party bank that charges additional fees other than that displayed by EuroChanceLottery is borne by the Member, and EuroChanceLottery is entitled to debit the Member's Account accordingly. This also applies to foreign exchange charges.
Payments collected for the Membership Service Fee are not related to ticket purchase; as EuroChanceLottery does not purchase or sell lottery tickets, only the appointed Syndicate Ticket Agent acquires them.
The Membership Service Fee relates to the provision of the following services by EuroChanceLottery:
- Monitored lottery Syndicate service.
- Real-time lottery Syndicate information, including jackpot alerts.
- A legally binding contractual agreement with all parties involved.
- A matchmaking service to bring together Members and Syndicate Managers.
- Ensuring that Syndicates are maintained even when Members churn.
- Legal Assurance Service that monitors and adjudicates any disputes that arise concerning the distribution of winnings of up to £100,000 per valid Group Claim.
- Mediation service between Members.
- Security checks on all Syndicate Managers.
- Security checks on all Member's entries.
- Security checks on all tickets presented by Syndicate Ticket Agents.
- Claim registry.
- Information and monitoring of Members' lottery-winning claims.

6.3 Non-Payment of Membership Service Fee
If a payment is not received for the Membership Service Fee (in cash or Bonus Credit, as required), EuroChanceLottery will have the right to terminate or suspend the Member's Syndicate Membership at any time after. All Claim References issued to the Member remain valid.
If a Member unsubscribes from the service within 14 days, the Member has an opportunity to claim a refund for the entry charges of the first two weekly draws that took place within the 14-day period. All refund requests must be made via our Digital Assistant, which is located in the "Help" section of the site.
7. Making Claims for Winnings or Prizes
To make a claim for Winnings in relation to a Syndicate, a Member must have a valid Claim Reference ID for the draw being claimed for. The Syndicate Manager will disburse Winnings in respect of all valid claims reported by the Member in connection with the Syndicate.
7.1 Disbursement of Winnings
Disbursement of any cash-winning conversions in respect of the Syndicate will normally be made within 14 days of the relevant claim being validated. For any cash amounts greater than £50, the Member will need to contact the customer services centre at [email protected], which will guide the Member through the claims process.
7.2 Payout Methods
All payout payments, in relation to Lottery Syndicate Winnings, will be made via the chosen method and to the given details as notified by the Member to EuroChanceLottery. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that EuroChanceLottery holds correct and up-to-date postal and personal details.
Any payout which is less than £3.00 will not be automatically paid out but will be held in the Member's account unless the Member writes directly to [email protected] to request an ad hoc manual payment.
7.3 Verification
EuroChanceLottery and/or Syndicate Manager reserves the right to require a Member to supply further documentation to verify that Member's age or identity. The decision of EuroChanceLottery in relation to winners of any Game or the payment of winnings in relation to any Syndicate or Game is final and binding.
7.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a claim dispute, EuroChanceLottery requires mediation before pursuing legal action. The mediation process is limited to a maximum of 30 days to ensure timely resolution.
7.5 Legal Assurance
EuroChanceLottery provides Legal Assurance funds to assist in litigating Group Claim Disputes. The total amount available for Legal Assurance is capped at £150,000. Individual disputes are subject to a per-dispute cap of £20,000.
7.6 Withholding of Winnings
EuroChanceLottery reserves the right to withhold any form of winnings should the Member be found to contravene its policies set out in clause 8 or any other relevant clauses in these Terms and Conditions.
7.7 Group Claim Disputes
In the event of a valid Member Claim Dispute that affects multiple Members (a Group Claim Dispute), EuroChanceLottery will first seek Mediation between the parties before considering legal redress funded by the Legal Assurance. The Mediation process for Group Claim Disputes will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding the 30-day limit specified in clause 7.4.
7.8 Time Limit for Claims
Members must make any claims for Winnings within 180 days of the relevant draw date. Any claims made after this period may be rejected at EuroChanceLottery's discretion.

8.6 Effect of Account Closure
Upon Account closure, whether initiated by the Member or EuroChanceLottery, the Member will no longer have access to the Account or any associated services, any outstanding Syndicate entries will be cancelled, and any unclaimed winnings below the payout threshold will be forfeited.
